Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Sthal Clothing does not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the limited-drop nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or sizing issues
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders placed for the wrong size or color
  • Delays caused by the carrier

Please review our size chart before purchasing. Our tees are designed with an oversized fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will make it right. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Use the contact form and include your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect
  • We will respond within 2–3 business days

Approved claims receive a replacement of the same item and size, subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit is issued.

Shipping

Orders fulfill within 2–5 business days. US orders over $75 ship free. International shipping available at checkout. Sthal Clothing is not responsible for carrier delays.
