Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the limited-drop nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or sizing issues
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Orders placed for the wrong size or color
- Delayed delivery due to carrier issues
Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as our tees are designed with an oversized fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will make it right.
To request a replacement for a damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email saintsoul.in@gmail.com with your order number
- Include clear photos of the damage or defect
- We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved claims will receive a replacement item of the same product and size, subject to availability. If the original item is no longer available, we will issue store credit.
